Responsibilities
Lead the anodizing project workstream including monitoring execution and escalating risks; Initiate and execute tactical engineering assignments for process evaluation and problem-solving; Create and maintain engineering documentation including process specs and qualification protocols; Support training initiatives by developing materials and providing technical guidance; Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams on aerospace standards and NADCAP requirements; Evaluate and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and quality; Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for equipment installation and validation; Support NADCAP accreditation activities and customer audits.
