Maintain NADCAP and customer special process accreditations including audit management and non-conformance closure; Act as subject matter expert for special processes managing relationships with suppliers and customer technical experts; Lead, mentor, and develop special process engineers; Create, review, and approve internal procedures and equipment authorizations; Support critical customer escapes and lead root-cause investigations for non-conformances; Act as technical advisor to the Material Review Board (MRB); Execute internal special process audit plans and oversee REACH compliance; Serve as Special Process lead for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects; Contribute to strategic planning and propose Capex-backed improvements
