Responsibilities
Design, develop, optimize, and implement high-throughput mass spectrometry–based proteomics workflows and screening platforms. Execute automated sample preparation and LC–MS/MS analyses across diverse proteomics assays. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve high-throughput mass spectrometry systems. Analyze and interpret proteomics data to generate insights into mechanism of action, target engagement, and selectivity. Collaborate with therapeutic area, biology, and chemistry teams as a technical subject-matter expert. Present research findings and communicate experimental plans to cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, protocols, methods, and data analyses.
