Responsibilities
Monitor customer network and security environments to ensure availability, performance, and security; Perform continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts/events and respond according to operational procedures; Handle customer incidents, requests, and service tickets within agreed SLAs; Take care first-level troubleshooting for firewall, connectivity, routing, and security-related incidents; Acknowledge standard operational tasks, service requests, and pre-approved changes following the established process; Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete diagnostic details; Maintain documentation of incidents, requests, changes, and customer communications; Assist with routine health checks and operational reporting activities; Participate in shift-based operations and provide support during planned maintenance windows; Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide timely issue updates and resolution status.
