Review and assess Product Launch Requests (PLRs) and EPCRs; Create packaging component specifications and progress PLRs; Create, update, and maintain material master records in SAP; Raise and review tickets for inspection plan setup and LIMS configuration; Develop and approve CP label artwork; Develop material specifications and key component drawings; Prepare assembly instruction forms and pallet pattern documentation; Coordinate with QA-RA for CDPS availability; Review and raise ECNs for BOMs and routings; Create and update SOPs; Conduct trials and testing of secondary packaging components; Set up new product launches in Systech; Prepare DCT and NCI reports.
