Act as site technical authority for assigned packaging processes and materials; resolve operational packaging issues and improve process robustness; manage packaging change controls, artwork updates, and NPI; lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma; contribute to line trials and qualification/validation activities; author and approve critical GMP documentation; align packaging design with OEE improvement targets; partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams; ensure adherence to EU/UK GMP guidelines and EHS requirements; lead deviation investigations and drive effective CAPAs
