Responsibilities
Support large, multi-site EPC Valve & Automation opportunities from RFQ intake through project closeout; Coordinate opportunity intake, bid calendars, and document organization; Maintain accurate quote status, milestones, and action items; Lead proactive follow-up with manufacturers and vendors to confirm production and delivery; Support site buys, buyout tracking, and vendor acknowledgments; Coordinate submittals, technical drawings, certifications, and final turnover packages; Own and maintain ACE Projects operational systems including Parspec and Smartsheets; Maintain project schedules and risk logs; Track scope changes and change orders; Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas; Develop reporting on quotation status and project milestones; Help build and improve ACE Projects SOPs and workflows; Assist the team with organizing commercial and technical requirements
