Serve as primary interface between AT&T and DoD customer (COR, Contract Specialist, Contracting Officer), manage program review process for milestones, develop and maintain program documents (PMPs, IMS, design reviews, briefings), provide status reports and planning documentation, drive execution of project tasks for cost efficiency, coordinate RDT&E program capture activities, make recommendations for strategic planning of OSD R&E initiatives, incorporate AT&T strategic solutions and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, provide engineering expertise for capability assessment and development
