Responsibilities
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of regional supply chain projects; Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and action items; Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial; Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting minutes; Maintain project documentation and ensure governance standards are followed; Follow up with stakeholders on action items and project deliverables; Assist in identifying project risks and escalating issues when required; Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects; Perform data analysis using Excel to support project decision-making; Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for project updates and leadership reviews.
