Responsibilities
Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery using carrier portals; track progress against milestones (pickup, customs, transshipment, etc.); identify delays and initiate escalations; coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and warehouses to resolve issues; update system records; investigate exceptions and implement corrective actions; provide status updates and recovery plans to sales and stakeholders; monitor SLA and KPI compliance; prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports; analyze trends to recommend efficiency improvements.
