Own complete ATE test hardware development lifecycle from requirements to production support; Design and review complex test hardware including load boards and probe cards; Lead schematic, stack-up, component-placement, and routing with focus on SI/PI and manufacturability; Perform or guide SI/PI analysis, simulation, bring-up, and debugging; Partner with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure technical alignment and quality; Define and improve test hardware design methodologies and validation strategies; Coordinate multiple hardware initiatives and manage technical risks; Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and suppliers
