Responsibilities
Produce and organize project and professional documents consistent with company standards; Prepare project documents for close-out, turnover, and archiving; Plan, communicate, and process close-out documents of all subcontracts; Summarize discussions and decisions from project team, owner, and subcontractor meetings; Partner with client and architect to establish punch-list contents; Assist Project Manager with identifying necessary inspections and creating project-specific inspection logs; Provide information on procurement, material tracking, and inspections to Project Superintendent; Manage the RFI process; Update contract drawings to reflect approved changes; Organize and prioritize submittal requirements; Support Project Superintendent by monitoring quality of work and compliance with construction documents; Assist with daily reports and management of progress and quality photos; Support logistics process for safety initiatives.
