Responsibilities
Lead the Digital and Royalty Stream AR team and ensure operational tasks are completed as required; Facilitate setup and tracking of new accounts and maintain relationships with DSPs and licensing partners; Provide input and analysis relating to risk of Digital Accounts; Serve as primary contact for SSC Accounting, Legal, Finance, and Business Teams; Review contracts for terms, advances, payments, reporting, and pricing; Manage and track Invoice Advance/Guarantees, Formatting, and Prep Fees; Implement, translate and review contractual language for royalty related revenue stream customers; Accurately record and report all digital revenues by media type; Lead and develop both internal and offshore resources; Assist in preparing Cash Forecasts for significant revenue streams; Prepare accruals for outstanding unprocessed or revised sales reporting files; Work with customers to resolve account discrepancies and collect any additional monies; Oversee daily cash reporting; Manage preparation of invoices for pricing, manifest, suspense, compliance and/or product code issues; Develop efficient, innovative ways to streamline and improve processes around use and storage of data; Concentrate on cleanup activities while maintaining an eye on process improvement possibilities; Leading account review, cash forecast and bad debt meetings with Corporate Controllership and Finance Shared Service Leadership; Facilitate monthly royalty payments for promotional funds, rights holders, and other internal payees as needed; Support revenue recognition function where applicable; Own and review SOX controls established and operating over the Digital portfolio.
