Identify and implement opportunities to improve continuous improvement processes; ensure projects accurately identify root cause and resolve issues using effective countermeasures; partner with Operations to ensure solutions are successfully implemented; lead/facilitate projects; act as a Role Model Leader; educate site employees on Industrial engineering theory; design & develop manufacturing systems for new processes; establish operational methods and work standards; analyze existing operations and propose improvements; lead / Participate Kaizen events; provide technical assistance and expertise to manufacturing; evaluate and recommend equipment selection; collaborate with Lean PPI Teams for implementation of 5S and plant layout; support Practical Process Improvements and Cost Improvement Projects; monitor adherence to safety procedures; establish and maintain manufacturing specifications; assist in planning new facilities and operations.
