Design and implement intelligent agents and orchestration flows to automate operations, runbooks, and self-healing processes; Integrate AI agents with Dynatrace to provide real-time operational context and insight; Build and refine advanced RAG solutions and multi-agent collaboration architectures; Use AI observability capabilities to monitor interactions, trace execution, and review prompts for performance and cost; Put approval workflows, contingency paths, and human oversight controls in place to support safe and compliant automation; Partner with SRE, developers, and operations teams to translate operational challenges into deployed AI capabilities
