Responsibilities
Receive and review cash transaction instructions from Middle Office; accurately post cash transactions and related activity within the Aladdin platform; perform portfolio-level data quality checks to confirm portfolios are clear of known data issues; review key portfolio data elements for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; identify, document, and track data quality exceptions impacting cash posting, portfolio accounting, valuation, reporting, or consumer usage; partner with Middle Office, Portfolio Accounting, and upstream teams to resolve data issues; assist in preparing Portfolio level AUM reporting for regulators like FED, SEC, MAS; support reconciliations and exception management activities; recognize risk in day-to-day processes and propose changes; train others, allocate tasks, and support first line escalation.
