Responsibilities
Install and configure enterprise servers, cabling infrastructure, and related hardware; Replace failed hardware components and perform break/fix work; Set up racks, complete cabling and power-up tasks; Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications connectivity issues; Troubleshoot and replace network switch equipment; Handle structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting for fiber, copper, and telecom cables; Install, repair, and maintain system power supplies and cabling; Maintain asset inventory and update internal applications; Document work and create or update standard operating procedures.
