Lead and manage a portfolio of 5 to 7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects, drive modernization efforts across SaaS platforms and AI-enabled solutions, develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders, identify and reduce risks and dependencies across workstreams, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, provide regular executive-level reporting and portfolio health updates, promote continuous improvement and governance best practices
