Required skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience, 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or network engineering, managing Cisco network hardware, CCNA-level knowledge or equivalent practical expertise, strong administration skills in Microsoft Windows Server including Active Directory and related core services, demonstrable experience with VMware vSphere including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machine administration, solid grasp of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for Syncade/Moda manufacturing execution systems, design, configure, and support Cisco network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls, install, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, implement and manage virtualized infrastructure using VMware vSphere covering host administration, VM provisioning, and resource allocation, monitor performance across network, server, and virtualization platforms and resolve issues proactively, participate in on-call coverage to support critical systems around the clock, create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and operational procedures, collaborate with IT colleagues and other departments to support business goals and project needs, ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards, assist with system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning and execution
