Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise authentication services. Lead vulnerability remediation by identifying, prioritizing, testing, and deploying security updates. Apply and validate secure configurations using STIGs and vendor hardening guidance. Manage virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V, and deploy and maintain enterprise storage, SAN, NAS, and backup solutions. Build infrastructure automation with tools and languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, and Terraform. Lead operating system lifecycle activities, including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning. Administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management technologies. Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Support certificate management, PKI, encryption, and enterprise identity services. Use vulnerability remediation platforms such as Qualys, Tanium, or Microsoft Defender, and coordinate operating system and third-party software patching. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Maintain infrastructure standards, technical documentation, and operational procedures. Participate in an on-call support rotation as required.
