Design and execute area orientation and education of new staff, oversee new employee orientation and training, coordinate technical quality assurance activities, coach and facilitate clinical advancement of students and staff, provide rotational shift coverage, perform all duties of an EEG Technologist II, maintain effective training programs for new EEG Technologists, ensure EEG labs are properly stocked and stocked supplies are ordered, compile volume and statistics for the department, triage and prioritize procedures during times of high demand, interface with vendors and purchasing department for equipment purchases, assist with EEG equipment maintenance and repairs, maintain accreditation documentation and safety protocols
