Responsibilities
Full production support, setup, and tear-down of small-venue live production systems; Live event mixing and monitoring; Daily conference room meeting setups and management; Maintenance and troubleshooting of in-house/conference room AV systems; Coordination with AV vendors for maintenance and higher-level service needs; Update and maintenance of conference room computers and peripherals; Running of meeting content when required; Cross-coordination with Global AV team for wider-company meetings and events; Remote meeting support and setup for other primary offices; Support for all-company meetings and events in which the Nashville office participates; Coordination and daily/weekly reporting on systems and activities to IT Manager; Consistent and reliable communication and follow-up with all Nashville and WME end-users on all related requests and meetings; Advise and recommend on any performance, hardware, or process improvements including audiovisual, lighting, streaming, and live audio recording.
