Perform routine inspections and Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) and log activities in the CMMS, review and validate technical riders and rigging plans against venue capacities, provide hands-on technical support during event setup, rehearsals, and live shows, coordinate maintenance teams and verify contractor work meets standards, inspect venue and equipment for damage post-event and coordinate repairs
