Provide technical and strategic support to the Division of Family Health and Nutrition to strengthen institutional capacity; Advise on policy development, strategic planning, and program implementation including training and maternal/perinatal death reviews; Support design, monitoring, and evaluation of national MNCH-N strategies; Strengthen institutional systems for data collection, analysis, and use; Facilitate coordination between the Ministry of Health, development partners, NGOs, and community stakeholders; Mentor national staff in program management and policy analysis.
