Translate co-design workshop outputs into inception workplans and implementation schedules, Develop integrated molecular testing strategies leveraging existing platforms, Design tiered laboratory networks and referral pathways, Guide decentralized molecular testing and specimen collection hub design, Develop laboratory quality improvement roadmaps and biosafety guidelines, Prepare emergency laboratory preparedness plans and surge planning protocols, Integrate TB–DM–HIV testing pathways, Support MIS and performance monitoring frameworks, Coordinate with government counterparts and donors, Undertake travel to Bangladesh for workshops and assessments
