Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of urban and peri-urban surveillance strengthening activities; Conduct GIS-based mapping and spatial analysis of surveillance data; Contribute to development and implementation of City Action Plans; Facilitate facility-level IHIP reporting and provide technical guidance; Conduct supply chain assessments at designated facilities; Plan and facilitate upskilling and technical handholding initiatives; Conduct supportive supervision visits to intervention facilities; Facilitate convergence and coordination between surveillance activities and city-level systems; Support the City Lead in translating programme strategy into actionable field plans; Ensure implementation of city-level activities as per approved timelines and budgets.
