Develop, update, and evaluate emergency management plans and standard operating procedures; Design, coordinate, and conduct trainings, workshops, tabletop exercises, and full-scale exercises; Conduct after-action reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives; Serve as 24/7 on-call duty officer on a weekly rotating basis; Serve as essential personnel in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during emergencies and exercises; Foster collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal agencies and community partners.
