Responsibilities
Execute production operations including weighing, powder mixing, and automated line operation for tablet manufacturing; Support operators and participate in new product transfers, process validation, and equipment qualification; Master MES for batch record management and consumption tracking; Perform equipment and room cleaning; Execute line format changes and line clearing; Create and update technical documents; Ensure production of technical, commercial, and clinical batches in GMP environment; Control and complete batch records; Perform basic physical product controls; Monitor production schedules; Track production resumption after maintenance; Analyze equipment failures and support maintenance; Act as technical reference and trainer for operators; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; Report safety incidents and near-misses.
