Analyze business needs to determine optimal means of meeting them. Determine specific business application software requirements. Work with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing. Act as liaison with users to address questions and issues. Ensure EVV encounters are accepted by the state. Support the Ops Director in completing contractually-required reports. Monitor member share with enrollment and billing. Partner with claims and LTSS providers to resolve claim processing issues. Support LTSS coding and pricing for Family Care.
