Troubleshoot and remediate Building Management Systems (BMS) including controllers, field devices, and sensors; Analyze and resolve BMS alarms and faults to reduce nuisance trips; Support nationwide rollout and integration of enterprise SCADA platform; Evaluate integrations between BMS and enterprise IT/analytic systems; Troubleshoot industrial communication networks and protocols; Review and update technical documentation (sequence of operations, as-built diagrams); Produce monthly performance reports for leadership; Coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee third-party integrators
