Responsibilities
Serve as the exclusive liaison between the Asia PD team, on-site operations, and suppliers to facilitate real-time feedback loops. Systematically communicate and reinforce design intent, product quality expectations, and global brand standards to on-site teams and suppliers. Support the implementation of approved design updates by verifying understanding and execution at the supplier level. Collaborate with internal Engineering and PD teams to validate all supplier outputs against original design and product direction. Proactively identify and escalate discrepancies regarding material application, craftsmanship, or specification deviations. Guide suppliers to follow predefined design intent and quality standards throughout the production cycle. Coordinate with Lead Engineers to maintain documentation, evaluate craftsmanship innovations, and align on mass production rollout. Partner with PD leadership to assess technical feasibility and cost optimization for product upgrades. Identify product non-conformities and coordinate official product audits with regional hub teams.
