Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business processes across the globe related to Plan to Make; Manage a team of SAP Project Team Leads/GBPOI resources; Collaborate with IT leadership to align technology solutions with business needs; Own and manage strategic initiatives within the workstream; Drive a high-performance culture by developing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports; Define, implement, and maintain robust processes for SAP optimization; Manage the deployment of global SAP enhancements; Develop and maintain business process and system documentation; Act as an escalation point for critical issues and enhancements; Review, monitor, and manage tickets for incidents and enhancements; Lead the roll out of system enhancements including hypercare and training; Collaborate with functional business leaders to establish enhancement execution priorities; Oversee security and role mapping system changes; Work with the IT PMO to clarify business requirements; Support the implementation of process and data standards; Prepare for and attend steering committee and project status meetings; Lead regular work stream meetings with support resources; Develop business cases, ROI calculations, and functional specifications; Act as business liaison to scope system enhancements and define business processes; Manage the lifecycle for the portfolio of assigned portal and app systems; Align portal and app system development strategies across business functions and regions.
