Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Associates and Senior Consultants; Develop strategic plans for capability development and continuous delivery; Oversee gathering and documentation of future-state business requirements; Support process re-engineering efforts; Ensure alignment across functions including Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Pricing, UX, Tech, and Data; Manage prioritization and execution of workstreams; Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops; Guide development of SOPs and workflow documentation; Collaborate with UX, Tech, and Data teams to translate requirements; Coordinate with vendors or internal teams; Oversee sprint planning, retrospectives, UAT, and go-live activities; Monitor product performance post-launch; Document enhancement requests and manage backlogs; Track bug fixes and compliance updates; Develop capability adoption roadmaps; Identify organizational or data changes required for enablement; Track capability maturity across markets; Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and risks.
