Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of complex cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple Product and Engineering teams; Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to define program goals, execution plans, milestones, and success metrics; Drive roadmap alignment and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives while balancing competing priorities; Identify technical and program risks early, drive mitigation plans, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders; Facilitate decision-making across teams by bringing clarity to technical and business trade-offs; Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical architecture, dependencies, and implementation challenges; Establish and continuously improve program management processes, governance models, and operational best practices; Track execution using measurable metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership; Mentor and coach Technical Program Managers while promoting operational excellence across the organization
