Assist patients with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, and mobility; Help patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support; Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and relatives; Carry out and record routine observations such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose levels; Support basic clinical procedures including wound care setup, catheter care, and pressure area prevention; Prepare and maintain clinical areas including trolleys, beds, and equipment; Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, therapists, and admin teams
