Responsibilities
Support DTCC Settlement functions and related processes (Buy-Ins, Prime Broker, Vault); Facilitate development of settlement tools by providing operational expertise and conducting UAT; Participate in onboarding new clients onto product suite; Conduct internal and external training programs; Address daily operational escalations and resolve system or human errors; Limit market exposure by monitoring unsettled trades with high MTM exposure and suspense account activities; Identify and implement RPA on processes; Perform quality controls to ensure WSP adherence; Develop and maintain SOPs; Coordinate with support functions (HR, IT, Finance).
