Lead and develop the FP&A team including coaching and performance management; Provide detailed financial analysis for BTCS EMEA, Americas, and NYFIX; Manage commercial financial planning for new deals and partner with pricing teams; Partner with sales leadership to analyze, forecast, and report on variable compensation, cancellations, renewals, and sales-to-revenue; Maintain cost budgets and partner with delivery leads on profitability reporting; Forecast and report revenue flash actuals and adjust forecasts based on variances; Participate in ad-hoc projects and reporting system enhancements.
