Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic medical devices and powered surgical equipment; Perform component-level repair, replacement, soldering, wiring, and bench testing; Inspect returned devices for electrical, mechanical, and functional failures; Execute functional verification and quality testing following repair activities; Support RMA processing including receiving, diagnosis, documentation, and repair tracking; Maintain accurate repair records, failure analysis documentation, and inventory transactions; Assist with depot-level refurbishment and rework activities; Support technical troubleshooting requests from field service and operations teams; Perform firmware/software loading, configuration, and validation; Maintain clean, organized, and compliant repair workstations and technical areas
