Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of technology programs and client engagements; Serve as a senior point of contact for clients; Lead and manage large, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams; Establish delivery governance, operating cadence, KPIs, status reporting, risk management, and escalation processes; Partner with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective technology delivery plans; Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery challenges; Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction; Manage program financials, including revenue, margins, budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and delivery profitability; Partner with Account Management, Sales, Architecture, Engineering, and Practice teams to support account growth and identify opportunities within existing engagements; Support resource planning, hiring, team development, performance management, and succession planning; Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards, security requirements, and client governance processes; Provide executive-level reporting and communication to both internal leadership and client stakeholders; Drive adoption of modern engineering, cloud, data, and AI capabilities where relevant to client transformation initiatives.
