Support organization in understanding current status of competency and ensure training plans are in place; Facilitate the running of regular routines at work stations to ensure that training gaps are clearly understood; Ensure that employee profiles are up to date in relevant learning management systems; Obtain training requests from teams and relay to training team; Support in the creation and maintenance of KPIs; Align new hire training paths to needed competencies; Support the facilitation of classroom training sessions; Drive the recertification schedule and sessions for production employees
