Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end lifecycle and physical deployment of facilities technology, building security, and IT infrastructure solutions across major regional sites; Translate complex functional and physical infrastructure requirements into structured User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin/BDD syntax) and prepare technical specifications for SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning; Build user manuals, design training plans, and host live demonstrations to maximize site adoption of smart facility tools, workflow automation, and asset management systems; Partner with internal governance functions to ensure all local physical and digital infrastructure implementations comply with global Airbus security, building standards, data privacy, and architectural guidelines; Act as the key liaison between site FMRE managers, security leads, vendors, and technical infrastructure teams to ensure unified project rollouts and value realization
