Lead MICE Technical team in planning, production, and operation; control team's expense budget; review and manage upselling of AV/Utility services; work with Event/Sales Managers to provide AV/technical solutions; manage Planning & Production Team schedule/operation; plan, design, and present AV stage production to clients; deliver event technical services/audio-visual/staging production; attend/coordinate production meetings with customers and internal departments; prepare technical riders/run down/service orders with costs; deliver on-site technical services with in-house teams/vendors; prepare technical riders for outsourcing and submit to procurement; complete GR process on outsourced AV services; monitor expenses/casual/outside service/rental; monitor overall team performance, progression, SOP and guidelines; produce reports on event highlights and incidences.
