Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate the unit to meet short to mid-term goals and customer expectations; Set and follow up targets for the unit broken down from factory level; Drive the development of the unit; Ensure safety of people, processes, and products; Manage quality and Q-system; Oversee delivery and cost; Secure standardized work and SOPs; Participate in making the Operational plan; Make costing updates for the unit; Support and initiate supplier development activities; Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities; Understand and deal with real problems of the unit by being present; Involve in new product development and give input to EPD; Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities including Lean Six Sigma and 5S; Perform audits according to ALPS; Ensure supply chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained.
