Responsibilities
Partner with customer payroll vendors to determine outbound deduction file integration requirements; Partner with customer HCM system providers to determine inbound demographic file integration requirements; Extract files and ensure successful, accurate, and timely delivery to vendors; Facilitate discovery sessions, standard integration and functionality overviews, customer trainings, and implementation project meetings; Gather and analyze customer integration requirements and recommend the most appropriate integration solutions; Translate business requirements into clear, accurate, and concise technical requirements documentation; Develop testing plans for data integrations and oversee component testing and user acceptance testing activities; Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues identified during testing efforts; Ensure a seamless transition from existing customer data transmission processes to the Benefitfocus Platform; Obtain customer and engineering sign-off and coordinate successful transition of integrations to ongoing production support teams; Partner with project managers to align integration delivery with overall implementation timelines and milestones
