Champion safety-first culture and ensure EHS compliance; plan and direct daily maintenance activities including corrective repairs and emergency response; develop and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs; own equipment reliability performance and drive root cause analysis; partner with Operations to optimize line uptime and coordinate outage schedules; manage maintenance work management process and shutdown/outage execution; supervise and develop maintenance personnel; coordinate contractors and vendors; manage maintenance budget, overtime, and spend; oversee MRO/spare parts strategy; support capital projects and new equipment installations; ensure maintenance documentation is current; drive continuous improvement initiatives; prepare and communicate maintenance performance reports.
