Supervise maintenance and facilities activities for a two-shift operation; Plan, prioritize, and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities; Develop and maintain PM/PdM programs in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and GMPs; Monitor equipment performance, OEE, downtime, and reliability data; Support CAPA and NCR investigations; Manage maintenance budgets, equipment expenditures, and purchase orders; Oversee contracted facility services and outsourced maintenance activities; Lead maintenance staffing activities including scheduling, training, performance management, and hiring decisions; Plan and execute maintenance activities for scheduled shutdowns and plant closures
