Responsibilities
Develop new products to meet customer requirements; Create and maintain Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA); Determine and perform Design Verification Plan (DVP) testing; Create and maintain assembly drawings and Bill of Material (BOM); Work with Manufacturing and Quality to transition products to production; Provide technical support (mechanical, electrical, communications) to sales and customers; Conduct on-site meetings at the Plant (minimum 4 trips/year)
