Represent Live Nation's interests throughout design and construction; Participate in design coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and consultants; Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for completeness and constructability; Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones; Assist with project budgeting, change order management, and cost forecasting; Support procurement of consultants, contractors, and vendors; Coordinate permitting activities with local jurisdictions; Perform regular site walks to verify quality, safety, and schedule performance; Coordinate across Operations, Booking, Food & Beverage, Premium, Security, and Production teams to ensure venue requirements are incorporated into project delivery
