Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release; Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity); Perform process matching between equipment's to reduce variations for better tool matching; Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution; Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs; Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity
