Collaboratively engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to quickly resolve customer issues and improve product quality. Support product development from prototyping through deployment and initial field support. Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems. Present analysis and support technical recommendations clearly and concisely. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to guide the specification and development of products. Provide technical support for installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues. Maintain high customer engagement including face-to-face interaction and international travel to customer sites. Work in a cleanroom lab and/or customer semiconductor fab environment.
